I use a simple mouse as my main tool, and Sai for sketching (if not done by hand), linearting, coloring and everything else, and use PSD (CS2) exclusively for some final touches, Speech texts, and the signature if required. Can't really suggest any program since these are the only ones that work fine for me since I'm not a graphic tablet user.

I use photoshop, and I've just started using opentoonz for animating.

I use CSP ex/ manga studio ex 5. It does really well for all my artwork. It also makes it easy to do doujin, manga and comics. Also simple animation too. The program is a little complex at first and even 2 years of drawing I'm still learning new things and easier ways to do things. I also use a Wacom intuos pro medium size.

Only Sai here too, it's really good.

PS, too dumb to learn other programs

Other than finesse details, This is good. I like the efforts of the lighting and shading as it brings the image out, she's nice and curvy without being too big and its One Piece! There a part 2? :p. Keep up with the development.
